About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our Finance Department. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in finance, accounting, and compliance, along with strong leadership and analytical capabilities. This role is critical to maintaining financial integrity and ensuring statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and present financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with the finance and accounts team to ensure timely and effective delivery of financial functions.
• Oversee accurate processing of financial transactions and uphold financial data integrity.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including TDS, GST, and other tax-related obligations.
• Conduct regular account reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
• Deliver periodic management reports to senior leadership.
