About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our Finance Department. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in finance, accounting, and compliance, along with strong leadership and analytical capabilities. This role is critical to maintaining financial integrity and ensuring statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and present financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Coordinate with the finance and accounts team to ensure timely and effective delivery of financial functions.
- Oversee accurate processing of financial transactions and uphold financial data integrity.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including TDS, GST, and other tax-related obligations.
- Conduct regular account reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
- Deliver periodic management reports to senior leadership.
Qualifications & Experience
CA qualified with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience (mandatory)7-10 years of overall experience, preferably in the IT industryWorking knowledge or experience with Zoho Books and UAE Accounting.Key Skills
