Job description

Role : Senior Video Editor – NIAT

Purpose : Transform campus event footage, testimonials, reels, and regional content into cinematic, emotionally engaging, and brand-consistent stories.

Key Responsibilities :

Edit event films, testimonials, podcasts, reels, vlogs, and montages.
Craft compelling, emotionally resonant narratives with strong rhythm and pacing.
Maintain visual and brand consistency across regional content.
Collaborate with cinematographers, producers, and motion designers for context, graphics, and transitions.
Follow proper project structure, file naming, and delivery standards.
Receive mentorship and feedback from senior editors and creative leads.

Requirements :

3–5 years of experience in branded content / digital storytelling / regional campaigns.

Expertise in Premiere Pro (plus for After Effects / DaVinci Resolve).

Strong narrative sense, music sync, and montage skills.

Basic sound mixing and color grading skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
