About the Role :

We’re looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Executive with 2+ years of marketing experience to support our brand’s growth. You’ll be involved in everything from content creation and community engagement to influencer partnerships and campaign execution. This is a hands-on role for someone eager to experiment, learn, and contribute across all areas of marketing.

Key Responsibilities :

• Content & UGC
• Identify and collaborate with UGC creators, influencers, and brand advocates.
• Create and manage content across social media and campaigns.
• Write engaging copy for ads, posts and product communications.
• Maintain and update the content / marketing calendar.
• Campaigns & Marketing Execution
• Brainstorm and execute creative campaign ideas.
• Assist in setting up and supporting paid ads with briefs, copy, and creatives.
• Manage social media presence and engage with followers (posting, stories, comments, DMs, reviews).
• Research and reach out to micro-influencers and brand partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, product, sales) and external vendors (photographers, freelancers, agencies).
• Support in organizing events, shoots, and offline activations.
• Research & Insights
• Track competitor activity, industry news, and marketing trends.
• Share insights to guide future campaigns and keep content relevant.
