Position : Content Manager – Mumbai
About the Role :
GLG's Thought Leadership team organizes high-impact live and virtual meetings that connect top global experts with business and investment leaders. These include roundtables, webcasts, teleconferences, and seminars. The Content Manager will focus on shaping and executing these events, especially for clients across Asia-Pacific, with a particular focus on Australia.
Key Responsibilities :
Content Development & Execution :
- Develop compelling event topics and discussion points in collaboration with client-facing teams
- Draft event-related content including agendas and speaker briefs
- Identify, source, and coordinate with expert speakers from GLG's global network
- Host and moderate small-group sessions and expert panels
Project & Operational Management :
Plan and execute events from ideation to deliverySupport marketing and promotional efforts for eventsCoordinate logistics and provide administrative support as neededTeam Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration :
Ensure adherence to internal processes and timelinesManage speaker and client communication in coordination with internal stakeholdersDeliver excellent customer service through clear and professional communicationRequired Skills & Experience :
5+ years in Content strategy from journalism or former journalist / from editorial backgroundFamiliarity with the PE / finance industry (prior experience of Managing financial conferences will be a plus )Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skillsAbility to work independently and proactively with internal stakeholdersA passion for curating engaging, high-quality contentShow more
