Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner clients, ensuring seamless onboarding, engagement, and long-term success.
- Develop a deep understanding of client business objectives and advertising goals to deliver tailored solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor by providing strategic insights and data-driven recommendations to improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, creative, and delivery) to ensure timely and effective service execution.
- Proactively monitor account performance, address challenges, and drive client satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue growth while aligning solutions with client needs.
- Track and report key account metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability in client success outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements
57 years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales within the digital advertising / marketing industry.Strong track record of managing enterprise-level or high-value accounts with measurable impact on revenue growth.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.Proven ability to interpret performance metrics, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable strategies.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.Why Join Us?
