Sr Engineer - Project Management

This position will be responsible for the smooth execution of all projects. She / he will support the manager in maintaining constraints of cost, time, scope and quality of a project. This individual strives to maintain the progress and mutual interaction and tasks of various parties in such a way that reduces the risk of overall failure and maximizes benefits. This position will take ownership of assigned projects from the CORB stage until the order is commercially closed.

Updating the project financials in ERP system and continuously monitoring

Provide monthly reports to Manager & Customer on project progress

Support PM in Project Planning & Scheduling, Cost Control, Revenue Planning

Support PM in Project Progress Review Meetings with Team, Customer & Consultant

Coordinates work of engineering, quality assurance, purchasing production, shipping and finance to

implement fulfilment of contracts.

Transmits drawings, data sheets, calculations, process procedures, test and progress reports and other exhibits as required by contract and follows up with customer for appropriate action resubmitting documents as required. revising and

Support PM in Project Reviews.

Billing Plan Preparation & Approval with Customer.

Project document deliverable monitoring.

Billing Submission, Payment Receivables Management

Post Commissioning Support to Customer

Travel to customer / site, based on requirement of projects.
