The Role

As our CEO, you will lead the next phase of growth and transformation. This is a high-impact leadership role, responsible for :

• Driving sales and business growth in crushers, mining, BMH and heavy equipment.
• Steering operations across multiple plants, ensuring efficiency, quality, and scale.
• Strengthening vendor & supply chain partnerships (300+ suppliers).
• Building a high-performance culture across 300+ employees.
• Delivering profitability, cash flow, and shareholder value.
