Procons Innovations Pvt. Ltd ., the official franchise partner of Amore Gelato & Café – Kochi , is seeking an experienced and dynamic Café Manager to lead and oversee all our outlets in Kochi. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role responsible for ensuring operational excellence, team performance, and outstanding customer experiences across all locations.
Key Responsibilities :
As Café Manager , your key responsibilities include (but are not limited to) :
- Overseeing end-to-end café operations across all Kochi outlets, ensuring smooth workflows from opening to closing.
- Supervising and coordinating staff in collaboration with the Team Lead , ensuring proper shift allocation, workload balance, and adherence to service standards.
- Serving as the final authority on shift scheduling, leave approvals, and overtime decisions, with support from the Team Lead for record-keeping and reporting.
- Managing inventory, stock control, and vendor coordination , including forecasting, ordering, and minimizing wastage.
- Driving customer service excellence , handling escalations, and ensuring a consistently premium guest experience.
- Monitoring daily sales, footfall, and key performance indicators (KPIs) , analyzing data trends, and reporting performance to senior management.
- Leading training, coaching, and performance evaluations for café staff, ensuring continuous skill development and adherence to brand standards.
- Implementing and maintaining hygiene, safety, and compliance standards as per SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Approving and overseeing cash / POS operations , ensuring accurate billing, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Supporting marketing initiatives, product promotions, and community engagement activities in coordination with the franchise management team.
- Ensuring timely equipment maintenance, facility readiness , and vendor service coordination for uninterrupted operations.
- Acting as the primary liaison between café operations and company directors, ensuring alignment with brand goals, policies, and business objectives.
- Taking strategic decisions on staffing, operations, and promotional campaigns while delegating daily operational oversight to the Team Lead when required.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration , Hotel / Retail Management , or a related field (preferred).3–5 years of experience in F&B, café, QSR, or retail store management.Strong leadership, team management , and customer service skills.Proficiency in inventory systems, POS operations , and stock control processes .Excellent communication, organizational , and multitasking abilities, with a focus on problem-solving.Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and festivals as per business needs.Apply Now :
