Job description

This role reports directly to the Head of Business Development. We are looking for a

Business Development Lead – SEO to drive growth for our SEO services portfolio. The ideal candidate will come with a strong background in advertising agencies, media

agencies, or SEO agencies, with proven expertise in client acquisition, relationship

management, and business strategy.

  • Drive client acquisition for SEO services, focusing on building a strong pipeline of

new business opportunities.

  • Identify, approach, and convert leads across industries to expand the company's SEO
  • clientele.

  • Develop and deliver compelling pitches and presentations tailored to client
  • business goals.

  • Collaborate with the strategy and SEO teams to craft impactful proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
  • Track, analyze, and report on business development performance and pipeline
  • health.

  • Stay updated on SEO industry trends, Google algorithm changes, and competitor
  • activities to identify new growth opportunities.

    What We’re Looking For

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in Business Development / Client Acquisition,
  • preferably in SEO-focused agencies.

  • Strong understanding of SEO and its business impact on digital marketing.
  • Exceptional business management and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record in winning new clients and scaling business revenue.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, result-oriented professional with a knack for strategic growth.
