Role Description – Senior Finance Associate (Dubai Office)

This is a full-time, on-site role based in

Dubai

for a

Senior Finance Associate

at PRF , a leading tax, accounting, and audit advisory firm. The Senior Finance Associate will play a key role in delivering end-to-end finance services to clients, including financial reporting, tax compliance, and audit support.

This is a

client-facing senior role , requiring strong technical knowledge, excellent review skills, and the ability to manage multiple engagements independently and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review

IFRS-compliant financial statements

and regulatory reports

Perform and oversee

bookkeeping, reconciliations, and month-end closing

across multiple client accounts

Conduct detailed

financial analysis , variance analysis, and prepare customized management reports

Support

UAE VAT and Corporate Tax

compliance, including computations, return preparation, and timely filings

Participate in

audit engagements , including preparing working papers, reviewing client records, and identifying risk areas

Coordinate with clients to gather information, resolve technical queries, and ensure timely delivery of all outputs

Contribute to

budgeting, forecasting, financial planning , and internal process improvement initiatives

Ensure all deliverables meet

professional, quality, and regulatory standards

Provide technical support to junior team members and help maintain best practices within the finance team

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Strong experience in

financial statement preparation, financial analysis, and multi-client accounting

Solid working knowledge of

IFRS, UAE VAT, and UAE Corporate Tax

regulations

Experience in a

professional services, audit, accounting, or tax advisory firm

is highly preferred

Proficiency in accounting software such as

QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Xero , and advanced MS Excel

Excellent analytical, organizational, and client-handling skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Professional certifications such as

ACCA, CA Inter, CPA , or equivalent are a strong advantage
