Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an English Trainer based in Vivek Vihar. The English Trainer will be responsible for preparing lesson plans, conducting classes, evaluating student progress, and providing personalized support to learners. The role also includes developing and implementing effective teaching strategies, conducting workshops, and contributing to curriculum development.

Qualifications

• Expertise in English language teaching, including grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation
• Experience in preparing lesson plans and delivering engaging lessons
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in developing and implementing teaching strategies
• Ability to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse learners
• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field
• TEFL / TESOL certification or equivalent is a plus
• Experience with digital teaching tools and platforms is advantageous
