Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior MERN Stack Developer with at least 6 years of experience. The position is based in Pune, but it allows for partial work-from-home flexibility. As a Senior MERN Stack Developer, you will develop and maintain web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. You will lead the design, development, implementation, and optimization of scalable web applications. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting, and mentoring junior developers are integral parts of your day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js for end-to-end application development

Experience in front-end design and development, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks

Strong knowledge of backend development, RESTful APIs, database management, and server-side frameworks

Experience with code versioning tools such as Git

Ability to identify and troubleshoot application issues with debugging and performance optimization skills

Capability to lead and mentor junior developers with excellent teamwork and communication skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
