Hiring : Product Manager
Sova Health is India’s fastest-growing precision gut-health startup, building solutions across diagnostics, personalized nutrition, and D2C wellness. We’re expanding our product team and looking for a Product Manager who can own execution across CRM, automations, IVR, WhatsApp, and internal tools.
📍 Location : Gurgaon
🕐 Work Mode : Full-time, 5 days on-site
What You’ll Do
- Own product roadmap & execution across CRM, internal tools, and customer journeys
- Create PRDs, flows, and wireframes; work closely with engineering, CX, ops & marketing
- Manage CRM workflows, automations, and lead funnels (LeadSquared preferred)
- Execute WhatsApp campaigns & automation journeys (WATI / Gupshup)
- Build automation flows using n8n or similar tools; work with APIs & webhooks
- Support call workflows, IVR routing (Exotel preferred)
- (Bonus) Experience with D2C / Shopify, checkout flows, or post-purchase journeys
