Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for MyClassboard products and solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the education sector, including schools, colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.
- Conduct visits to educational institutions such as schools, colleges, and universities based on generated leads.
- Deliver comprehensive product demonstrations of MyClassboard to potential clients.
- Conduct market research to understand local educational needs, trends, and competitive landscape.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in educational institutions and other relevant organizations.
- Manage and support major accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and successful implementation of our solutions.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns from clients to maintain strong, long-term partnerships.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and strategic plans to senior management.
- Utilize CRM systems and sales tools to manage client interactions, track leads, and monitor sales activities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in educational technology and how they impact the market.
- Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams based on customer insights and emerging trends in the EdTech sector.
- Collaborate with marketing, product management, and customer support teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company objectives.
