• Peak Performance was founded in 2016. We are a team of Sports Physiotherapist, Orthopaedic Physiotherapist, Manual Therapist, Strength & Conditioning coaches, Sports Massage Therapist, Sports Nutritionists;

working together towards the outcome for our patients / athletes.

• Orthopedic Physiotherapy : Treating lifestyle-related joint and muscle aches through systematic exercise plans and progressive strengthening.
• Sports Injury Management : Reducing pain, building resilience, and improving balance and coordination through personalized sports physiotherapy.
• Strength & Conditioning : Therapy designed to help athletes and individuals recover from physical activity, injury, or surgery.

ABOUT THE ROLE :

As a Strength & Conditioning coach at Peak Performance, you'll design and implement personalized training programs to enhance performance, aid recovery, and prevent injuries. Working closely with our physiotherapy and rehab team, you'll guide clients through safe, effective workouts while tracking progress ,and promoting long-term physical well-being.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

1. Assessment and Evaluation :

• Conducting thorough assessments to understand the patient's current physical condition, including range of motion, strength, and functional limitations.

2. Program Design and Implementation :

• Designing a variety of exercises, including strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility, and balance exercises.

3. Patient Education :

• Providing clear and concise instructions on how to perform exercises safely and effectively.
• Recommending them to the nutrition department, lifestyle modifications, and injury prevention strategies.

4. Collaboration with the Rehab Team :

• Working closely with Physiotherapist, Senior Coaches, Sports massage therapist and Nutritionist to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.
