Financial Controller – Perth
Location : Perth, WA
Salary : $180,000 + super
The Opportunity
A growing, dynamic FMCG / manufacturing business based in Perth is seeking a hands-on, commercially astute Financial Controller to join the leadership team. This role will provide strategic financial guidance, oversee day-to-day financial management, and partner with senior stakeholders to drive growth and efficiency across the business.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead all aspects of financial management including reporting, compliance, cash flow, and forecasting.
- Oversee month-end, year-end, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making.
- Manage internal controls, risk management, and audit processes.
- Partner with operations, production, and sales teams to optimise business performance.
- Lead and mentor a small finance team.
- Implement process improvements and system efficiencies to support growth.
