Roles and Responsibilities
1 HR business partner(HRBP)would be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.2 Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.3 Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies. Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.4 Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.5 Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.6 Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation. Develops terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.7 The individual should be a smart, aggressive and assertive professional with excellent Stakeholder management skills.8 Employee Engagement and PMSsupport.
