Growth Marketing Strategist

Schbang is strengthening its AI-led WhatsApp performance marketing capabilities for high-growth brands. The AI & WhatsApp Growth Strategist will be responsible for designing and executing AI-powered WhatsApp campaigns, customer journeys, and automation flows that drive measurable revenue uplift for clients.
This role combines business strategy, growth ownership, and marketing technology implementation. The ideal candidate possesses both analytical strength and client consultation skills, with the ability to independently own high-impact outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
Business Strategy and Conversion Growth
- Perform structured discovery to identify key business challenges and opportunities suitable for AI + WhatsApp.
- Develop funnel strategies that convert across the lifecycle including lead qualification, sales enablement, cart recovery, replenishment, and loyalty.
- Build performance workflows using segmentation and behavioral triggers.
AI-Driven Personalization and Automation
Conceptualize automation use cases leveraging AI (product recommendations, predictive nudges, AI support deflection, conversational selling).Collaborate with the technical and bot development team to deploy and maintain AI-driven WhatsApp journeys.Ensure accurate tagging, event tracking, and data flow into reporting systems.Performance Ownership and Insights
Track and optimize key KPIs such as :○ Click-to-Message
○ Conversation-to-Purchase
○ Revenue per Conversation
○ CSAT and resolution automation
○ Repeat purchase rates
Conduct weekly performance reviews and publish actionable insights to clients.Sales Support and Account Excellence
Lead C1-level client pitches and solution walks.Translate commercial proposals with expected ROI impact.Identify and execute upsell opportunities across automation and performance retainers.Required Skill Set
Proven experience in growth marketing, CRM strategies, or performance campaignsStrong understanding of funnel analytics, customer segmentation, and lifecycle metricsAbility to design customer journeys within messaging ecosystemsStrong business communication and client-facing presentation skillsExperience in WhatsApp API products, chatbot platforms, or AI-powered customer engagement is preferredProficiency in analytics tools such as spreadsheets, dashboards, and attribution systemsProfessional Attributes
