From social reels to performance ad scripts, you’ll play a big role in shaping how millions of people discover Lingopanda.What We’re Looking For : - Someone who lives and breathes content — watches a lot of social media and understands what goes viral- Strong awareness of content cycles, trends, and pop culture- Creative writing skills for scripting short, catchy content- Basic familiarity with video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, or similar) — advanced skills a plus- Ability to coordinate with freelancers, actors, and editors to bring content ideas to life- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in executing projects- Prior exposure to content / marketing roles through internships, projects, or a strong personal portfolio is a plusYour Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include : - Creating content ideas for various social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)- Writing scripts and storyboards for reels, ads, and short-form videos- Coordinating with freelancers, actors, and editors to produce high-quality output- Working with the marketing team to align content with campaigns and brand goals- Keeping a close eye on trends, memes, and viral formats to adapt them for Lingopanda- Assisting in content scheduling, publishing, and tracking performance across channelsCompensation : ₹10,000–₹15,000 per monthWhat We Offer Beyond Stipend : - Flexible working hours- Option to join remotely, hybrid, or in-office (JP Nagar, Bangalore)- Office breakfast & snacks for those who choose in-office- Direct mentorship from marketing leads and founders- A fast-paced, fun, and highly collaborative work environment- Flat hierarchy with lots of ownership and learning opportunitiesPlease note : This internship requires a minimum 6-month commitment, extendable upon mutual agreement.
