Key Responsibilities

Lead Conversion : Handle inbound leads and convert them into enrollments through effective follow-ups.

Client Relationship Management : Build trust and long-term relationships with students & professionals.

Counselling : Provide guidance on courses, universities, and career opportunities.

Target Achievement : Consistently meet sales and enrollment targets.

CRM Management : Track leads and maintain accurate records.

Collaboration : Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processes.

Customer Support : Resolve queries with timely and impactful solutions.

✅ What You Need to Succeed

Experience : 1+ year in sales / counselling (EdTech preferred).

Communication : Excellent verbal & written English.

Skills : Strong client handling, persuasion & negotiation.

Tools : Comfortable with CRM & MS Office.

Mindset : Energetic, target-driven, and adaptable.
