Responsibilities :
- Total experience around 8+ years of overall experience with minimum 5+ years of experience in Oracle EBS HCM implementation.
- Functional and Technical expertise on the below modules :
1. Core HR.
2. Oracle SSHR.
3. Oracle Payroll.
4. Absence Management.
Advanced knowledge of PL / SQL programming and proficient on performance tuning.Hands on experience in Oracle Interfaces / Conversions and APIs.Exposure to SQL Loader.Technical knowledge in developing Reports (BI, XML, Oracle Reports, APEX) , Absence, Payroll Fast Formulas.Hands on experience with Oracle Workflow, OAF development and personalization.Good understanding of EO, VO, CO, AM and OAF Pages using JDeveloper along with Java coding.Hands on Experience with Oracle APEX : APEX Application Builder and Reports.Involved in various Implementation, Testing, and Support projects.Self-driven and motivated individual with strong communication skills.Work with minimal supervision.(ref : hirist.tech)
