Job Description :

Knowledge Networks is seeking a highly skilled hands on Manager for Events Planning and Outreach to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events for Regulating AI, in collaboration with other event companies. Additionally, the candidate will engage in outreach efforts to establish strategic partnerships with key AI event companies. The position requires strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for outreach.

Responsibilities :

1. Event Planning and Coordination :

• Plan, organize, and execute partnership events for Knowledge Networks.
• Manage all aspects of event logistics, including speaker coordination.
• Develop and maintain event timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to align event objectives with organizational goals.
• Evaluate event success through post-event analysis and feedback collection.
