RED Global - Oracle Order Management Business Analyst - Remote - 12 Months Contract

Role : Oracle Order Management Business Analyst

Start Date : ASAP

End Date : 12months

Location : India

Capacity : Full-time (8 hours / day, 5 days / week)

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 6–10 years of hands-on functional experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) , with expertise in Order Management, Manufacturing, Costing, and Procurement modules.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end Oracle ERP implementations , system enhancements, and production support.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to map business requirements to Oracle functionalities effectively.
  • Skilled in preparing functional design documents, test scripts, and end-user training materials .
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with global business and technical teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Preferred / Nice to Have :

  • Exposure to Oracle Cloud (Fusion) SCM modules or experience in migration projects .
  • Working knowledge of Oracle APEX or BI Publisher for report development.
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum project methodologies.
  • Oracle certification in SCM, Manufacturing, or Order Management modules.
