- End-to-End Hiring – Manage full-cycle tech recruitment across roles and levels.
- Sourcing Superpower – Build pipelines through LinkedIn, Boolean, and talent platforms.
- Work with Founders & Tech Leaders – Understand business needs and refine job specs.
- Bring Market Awareness – Stay updated on hiring trends, compensation, and talent pools.
- Move Fast & Smart – Thrive in dynamic, fast-growth environments.
