Sales Team

to drive growth and build strong client relationships across the region.

Key Responsibilities :

Promote and sell

Aditya Birla's Totalis System Aluminium Windows

to customers, builders, contractors, architects, and project consultants.

Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term clients.

Conduct site visits and client meetings to present product solutions.

Prepare and follow up on quotations, orders, and contracts.

Understand technical specifications and communicate them effectively to clients.

Build strong, trust-based relationships with industry professionals.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to management.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM or reporting tools.

Candidate Requirements :

Education :

Graduate in any discipline (MBA / BBA preferred but not mandatory)

Experience :

1-5 years in sales Filed in aluminium windows, UPVC, glass or interior products (mandatory).

Skills :

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Self-driven and target-oriented

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM)

Willingness to travel across assigned regions in Rajasthan
