Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salon Manager located in Nadiad. The Salon Manager will oversee daily salon operations, manage the team, and ensure exceptional customer service standards are met. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing appointments, maintaining the salon's cleanliness and presentation, meeting sales targets, and resolving customer concerns. Additionally, the Salon Manager will handle staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations while fostering a positive and professional environment for both the team and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in Cosmetology and Hair Care services
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Proficiency in Hiring and team management
• Leadership and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with salon management software and tools is preferred
• Relevant certifications in Cosmetology or Hair Care are advantageous
• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the beauty / wellness industry is a plus
