Job Overview :
The Actimize solution Engineer is responsible for supporting compliance applications, systems, and services that enable the bank to meet its legal and regulatory obligations, particularly in connection with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) efforts.
This role requires deep expertise in Actimize Act One software, including development environments, technology architecture, and implementation. The specialist will provide technical leadership, guide team members, and act as the primary product owner.
The individual will collaborate closely with business users to achieve their objectives, employing discretion and independent judgment to overcome challenges and deliver solutions effectively.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Plan, design, and implement code / configurations for Actimize applications.
- Deliver high-quality, timely solutions aligned with SLAs to maintain strong customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with business users, support teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects with varying priorities and deadlines.
- Clearly articulate technical concepts and provide summaries or detailed explanations to management and internal teams as needed.
- Build strong relationships across the organization, understand internal client needs, and drive enterprise-wide design concepts with stakeholder buy-in.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues with strong analytical skills and a quick turnaround mindset.
- Demonstrate excellent teamwork, leadership, product ownership, and a strong work ethic.
Knowledge, Skill, ability
5+ years of hands-on experience with Actimize RCM / ActOne software, and system implementation, preferably within the financial industry.In-depth knowledge and experience in AML and compliance functions.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C / C++.Advanced SQL expertise, particularly with Oracle, MS SQL Server, or Azure-based databases; familiarity with ETL / ELT processes.Experience with UNIX and Windows shell scripting for process automation.Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience using Jira / Confluence.Familiarity with REST web services and microservice architectures.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Team-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively while being customer-focused.Flexible, adaptable, and quick to learn new systems, products, and business processes.Proactive and results-driven mindset.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems (preferred).Hands -on experience with Actimize RCM / ActOne software, and system implementation, preferably within the financial industry.In-depth knowledge and experience in AML and compliance functions.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C / C++.Advanced SQL expertise, particularly with Oracle, MS SQL Server, or Azure-based databases; familiarity with ETL / ELT processes.If you are interested send cv on swapnil.chaudhari@davies-group.com
