What you'll do :

• Handle day-to-day order processing
• Maintain and update daily operational reports .
• Coordinate with logistic partners for timely pickups and deliveries
• Monitor deliveries and escalations , ensuring customer satisfaction
• Work closely with the core team to support and improve operational efficiency
• Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements
