Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary technical contact for export partners and distributors, ensuring exceptional post-sale service for inverter-battery systems.
- Provide remote and on-site technical troubleshooting, diagnostics, and resolution in coordination with R&D, QA, and supply chain teams.
- Lead installation and commissioning support for large inverter-battery systems across international markets.
- Assist international sales teams and partners in pre-sales system sizing, off-grid, hybrid, and grid-tie solution designs.
- Recommend and configure lithium batteries, inverters, MPPT chargers, and solar panels based on local load profiles and backup requirements.
- Generate and validate system design schematics, wiring diagrams, and sizing calculations.
- Conduct virtual and on-site technical training for distributor technicians, sales teams, and installers.
- Develop technical manuals, videos, SOPs, and standardized training modules for new channel partners.
- Coordinate warranty claims, part replacements, and service escalation resolutions; implement continuous improvement based on feedback.
- Monitor and report on service KPIs, including Turnaround Time (TAT), RMA ratios, and First-Time Fix rates by region.
- Support development of regional service infrastructure, including authorized service centers and spare stock points.
- Maintain documentation per export regulations, warranty policies, and customs requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, QA, R&D, Product, and Operations teams to ensure quality and field performance feedback is implemented.
- Maintain regional service dashboards, training logs, and complaint analysis reports to track performance and improvements.
Experience Required:
- 5 - 8 years of experience in technical service, support, or field service management within solar, battery, inverter, or renewable energy sectors.
- Strong hands-on experience with lithium-ion batteries, off-grid, hybrid, and grid-tie inverters.
- Experience supporting international business operations in APAC, EMEA, or NA regions is preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in system integration, remote diagnostics, and technical troubleshooting of inverter-battery systems.
- Experience in training, documentation, and field service standardization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
