Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets .
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team , providing guidance and support to maximize performance .
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients in the tech industry .
Conduct market research to understand industry trends , customer needs , and competitive landscape .
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics , preparing regular reports for senior management .
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives .
Present sales proposals and negotiate contracts with key clients .
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the sales team .
