About the Role :
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Associate with prior experience in real estate lead generation. The ideal candidate is someone who understands the nuances of real estate audiences, lead quality expectations, and the importance of budget efficiency in high-ticket campaigns. You must be well-versed in running performance-driven campaigns on platforms like Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities :
Plan and execute lead generation campaigns specifically for real estate projects on platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedInOptimize landing pages, creatives, and targeting strategies to generate qualified leadsAnalyze performance metrics like CPL, conversion rate and iterate on strategies accordinglyCoordinate with the sales / CRM team to ensure proper lead handover, qualification, and trackingConduct A / B testing on ad creatives, formats, and targeting optionsMonitor daily performance, manage campaign budgets, and ensure cost-efficiencyStay updated with real estate ad trends, platform changes, and compliance rulesPrepare detailed campaign reports and insights for internal reviewsRequirements :
1 year of experience in performance marketing with real estate clientsProven success in running high-quality lead generation campaignsStrong grasp of audience segmentation, retargeting, and funnel strategyProficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign ManagerExperience with CRM tools and landing page builders like HubSpot, Unbounce, or similarStrong data analysis skills with Excel / Google SheetsGood communication and coordination abilities with internal and external teamsAbility to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet lead targetsWhy Join Us?
