Our engineering culture is AI-first . We pair traditional development with state-of-the-art AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, OpenAI agents, automated workflows, etc.) to dramatically accelerate development, improve code quality, and reduce time-to-market for both client and internal ventures.

We’re looking for a Goa-based Mobile & Web Developer skilled in Flutter and React , and excited to adopt AI-enhanced development practices.

What You’ll Do

• Build cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter (Dart)
• Develop responsive, high-performance web applications using React (JavaScript / TypeScript)
• Use AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, etc.) daily to accelerate development, refactor code, and improve quality
• Work with backend teams to integrate APIs, Firebase / Supabase services, authentication flows, and cloud data systems
• Collaborate with designers and product managers on client projects AND internal Venture Studio products
• Participate in code reviews augmented with AI-based analysis and linting
• Contribute to internal R&D for agentic workflows, automation tools, and emerging AI technologies
• Follow a hybrid work model : 3 days onsite at a coworking space in Goa, 2 days remote
