About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced MERN Stack Technical Lead to drive our development team towards building scalable and efficient web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in the MERN stack along with leadership qualities to mentor and guide the team. This role involves hands-on development, architectural decision-making, and ensuring best practices in cloud deployments and application performance.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers to deliver high-quality web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
Architect and develop scalable backend services using Node.js frameworks such as Express, Loopback, or Hapi.js.
Collaborate closely with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Design and develop RESTful APIs following best practices and ensuring security and performance.
Utilize ORM tools to interact with databases effectively.
Implement caching strategies and optimize application performance for both client and server sides.
Oversee deployment and management of applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Establish coding standards, design patterns, and best practices across the development team.
Conduct code reviews, ensure proper documentation, and uphold high code quality.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
Participate in sprint planning, project estimation, and progress tracking.
Stay updated with latest industry trends and technologies related to MERN stack and cloud services.

Preferred Qualifications :

Strong Technical candidate with in-depth experience in MERN Stack

Hands on working experience in NodeJS (Express / Loopback / - Hapi- JS)

Strong knowledge and working experience in using ORM, REST API, Caching, performance optimization is required-

Knowledge in Cloud services (AWS / GCP / Azure) is required

Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills-

Highly organized and self-motivated

Strong knowledge of RDBMS & OOPS is required.

Good knowledge in standards, design patterns are required-

Any certifications or technical writing done on the related technologies is a value add
