Responsibilities
New Product Full Life-cycle Management :
▸ Lead the development of the NPI certification road-map, coordinate R&D / testing / production resources to ensure key milestones are achieved on schedule.
▸ Establish a cross-department rapid response mechanism, spearhead breakthroughs in technical bottlenecks, and meet stringent international customer certification standards.
Yield Improvement & Quality Enhancement :
▸ Set system-level yield targets, coordinate with quality and production teams to resolve quality issues, improve shipment yield rates, and lead customer quality specification and test bench-marking.
▸ Develop project risk tables, integrate verification schedules and system-level certification results to identify development and certification risks, and implement proactive quality management.
Customer Technical Support :
▸ Provide on-site support for global top-tier customers, delivering end-to-end technical solutions for Display hardware and software.
▸ Resolve customer complaints using the 8D methodology, maintain an FACA case database, and drive efficiency in solving similar issues.
Customer Relationship Management & Maintenance :
▸ Establish information network channels with customers, ensuring real-time collection and digital processing of system-level certification data.
▸ Address customer needs, manage customer visits and receptions, organize technical exchange meetings, and maintain long-term partnerships.
Global Collaborative Innovation :
▸ Serve as the technical interface between BOE and global strategic customers, promoting the implementation of joint display technology development projects.
