As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and clients to promote products and services.
• Provide information about products and services and address customer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Follow up on leads and conduct market research to identify potential clients.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies.
