Location : Mumbai (Field-intensive role across Ghatkopar, Thane, Andheri)

Reporting to : Business Development Head, Growth & Marketing

Key responsibilities :

• Build and maintain relationships with GPs and external doctors to drive referrals
• Conduct daily field visits and weekly engagement follow-ups
• Ensure brand presence through local events, awareness drives, and CMEs
• Track and report referral flow, doctor engagement quality, and conversion metrics
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to optimise the referral-to-surgery funnel
