Commercial Closing Sales (Office Spaces Commercial)
- Manage end-to-end sales closing process for office spaces and retail commercial properties.
- Coordinate with sales, legal, finance, and CRM teams to ensure smooth and timely closures.
- Handle agreement drafting, documentation, compliance, and registration formalities.
- Verify payments, deposits, and financial documents before closure.
- Interact with corporate clients, investors, and channel partners to resolve queries.
- Track closure pipeline and provide regular MIS / reports to management.
- Ensure seamless handover of office and retail units with high customer satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned closing targets within defined timelines.
- Maintain strong relationships with corporate occupiers and retail brands.
- Support in process streamlining to enhance efficiency and faster deal closures.
Candidate Requirement :
Graduate / PG in Marketing / Sales.5+ years’ experience in real estate / commercial sales closing (office & retail).Strong knowledge of commercial documentation, legal, and compliance processes.Excellent negotiation, client handling, and coordination skills.
