This role is part of 3rd level team of engineers thatsupport a diverse set of applications including email and messaging services, unifiedcommunications platforms, voice recording and M365 Cloud services. This positionrequires large enterprise experience with mission critical infrastructure management.This role fits into a global organisation working with other regional teams andcollaboration is key for success.Roles & Responsibilities :

• A minimum of 3+ years’ experience as an M365 System Administrator, withpractical knowledge of on-boarding, migrating, integrating, configuring,upgrading and supporting M365 services.
• Excellent knowledge of core M365 Services, including SharePoint Online,OneDrive and Dynamics 365.
• Knowledge of core Azure Cloud computing concepts (AZ-900, MS-900, SC-900,Certification as a minimum requirement, with AZ-104 certification preferred).
• Good foundational understanding in Agile Methodologies, AI Operations, ITIL,Data Analytics, PowerBI and Microsoft Modern Service Management.
• Track record of successful problem analysis and resolution, with extensivehands-on IT support experience.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Good report writing and documentation skills, and a strong verbalcommunicator.
• Able to present concepts, ideas and recommendations in a clearly structuredand logical fashion.
• Self-motivated, able to prioritise, good time management and is goal driven.
• Collaborative nature; willing to share ideas, debate solutions, to achieveconsensus on the best way to drive the service forward for the betterment of theorganisation.
• Able to work in a high pressure and time critical environment.
• Experience working in a financial or regulated sector, and aware of bestpractices.
