Product Manager - Generative AI & Prompt Engineering

We are looking for a highly motivated Product Owner / Product Manager with a strong interest in Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, and a solid grasp of technical concepts and product design tools like Figma.

In this role, you will take ownership of developing AInative products by combining business acumen, product vision, and hands-on collaboration with engineering and design teams.

This is a strategic and execution-heavy role ideal for someone who understands AI product behaviour, UI / UX flows, and agile product development.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define the vision and roadmap for AI-powered products, translating ideas into clear deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop user-centric solutions.
• Design and fine-tune prompts for large language models (LLMs) like GPT, Claude, or Gemini.
• Convert requirements into product specs, wireframes, and user stories using tools like Figma.
• Work closely with UI / UX designers to review user journeys and ensure intuitive product experiences.
• Collaborate with developers and data scientists to shape technically feasible and scalable features.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog and lead sprint planning in an Agile environment.
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor performance of AI features through KPIs like output relevance, latency, and user satisfaction.
