Role Description :

• Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and update Statutory Registers , ROC filings , and Company Records .
• Draft, review, and scrutinize Legal Agreements , MOUs , and other contractual documents.
• Prepare and maintain Board Meeting Notices
• , Agendas , and Minutes ;

handle Board Resolutions and Company Policies.
