Job Description

The MS Dynamics CRM Testing Specialist is responsible for validating the functionality, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. The role ensures that CRM implementations meet business requirements and quality standards through structured testing processes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for MS Dynamics CRM applications.

Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Validate CRM workflows, plugins, customizations, and data integrity across modules.

Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage
