Job Description :

• Worked on the implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules — with hands-on expertise in at least two of the following :
• Absence Management
• Core HR
• Payroll Compensation
• Benefits
• ORC
• OTL.
• Conduct detailed requirement analysis and solution design workshops with business stakeholders to map requirements to Oracle HCM capabilities.
• Perform advanced configuration and personalization of HCM modules, including flexfields, approval workflows (BPM), and role-based security setups.
