About the Role :

We are looking for a talented and resourceful

Videographer

to conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality videos that communicate campaign messages powerfully and authentically. The role requires a blend of creativity and technical expertise, with the ability to document real-world stories and produce engaging content across platforms — from social media clips to longer-form narratives.

Language & Cultural Requirement :

The candidate must have a strong understanding of Punjabi culture, local idioms, and socio-political nuances to ensure videos resonate deeply with regional audiences. Proficiency in Hindi and English is also essential.

Key Responsibilities :

Content Production & Storytelling

Conceptualize and produce engaging video content for social media, digital, and offline campaign use.

Handle all aspects of video production — including planning, lighting, shooting, sound recording, and editing.

Collaborate with the creative, copy, and strategy teams to develop strong visual narratives aligned with campaign goals.

On-ground Documentation

Capture on-ground campaign activities, events, and testimonials to reflect authentic, local perspectives.

Adapt filming style to suit different formats (short-form, interviews, documentaries, reels, etc.).

Editing & Post-production

Edit raw footage into compelling, polished videos optimized for various channels.

Maintain organized footage libraries for easy retrieval and future use.

Technical & Operational Responsibilities

Manage and maintain video equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.

Stay updated on new video production trends, techniques, and tools to elevate campaign output.

Core Competencies :

Strong command over camera handling, framing, and lighting for diverse environments.

Proficiency in editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

Understanding of pacing, rhythm, and emotional storytelling in video.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.

Adaptability to dynamic on-ground and field environments.

Note : This is a contractual position (12 months).
