Job Description

We are looking for a Human Resource Executive with 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement — preferably in the design, construction, or creative industry. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end HR functions including hiring, onboarding, payroll coordination, and maintaining a positive and professional work culture.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment process — from posting job openings to onboarding selected candidates.
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule final rounds with management.
  • Prepare offer letters, maintain employee records, and oversee joining formalities.
  • Manage attendance, leaves, and coordinate payroll data with the accounts team.
  • Handle employee engagement activities, grievance management, and internal communication.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
  • Support performance review and appraisal processes.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between HR, admin, and project teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • 2–4 years of hands-on HR experience in a design, engineering, or corporate setup.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools (Excel, Google Workspace, HRMS, etc.).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Professional, proactive, and people-focused approach.
