Generative AI Video Specialist

Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Video Editor to join our dynamic content team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in leveraging Generative AI tools to produce engaging, high-quality video content for our Marathi-speaking audience. You will be responsible for transforming raw footage into polished, compelling stories that align with our brand’s vision, demonstrating both technical proficiency and creative flair.

🚀 Key Responsibilities :

• AI-Powered Editing : Utilize a suite of Generative AI tools and software to efficiently assemble, edit, and enhance raw footage into finished videos.
• High-Volume Production : Produce a minimum of 3 high-quality short-form videos (Reels / Shorts) per day, maintaining a fast turnaround time without compromising on quality.
• Creative Enhancement : Seamlessly integrate AI-generated visuals, graphics, custom effects, music, and sound design to elevate video content. This includes hands-on experience with AI video and image models.
• Technical Execution : Perform flawless background removal, precise video cuts, and professional color grading to ensure a high-end final product.
• Innovation : Constantly experiment with and develop new editing styles and visual trends to keep our content fresh, modern, and engaging.
• Collaboration : Work closely with content writers, anchors, and graphic designers to ensure a cohesive and culturally appropriate final product for the target audience.
• Project Management : Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering exceptional work within tight deadlines.
• Stay Updated : Keep abreast of the latest advancements in AI video editing technologies, tools, and industry best practices.
