Job Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised individual to join our team. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring smooth operations within the Founder's office by managing calendars, and tasks, and facilitating seamless communication. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
Scheduling and Meeting Management :
- Efficiently manage calendars, including scheduling, rescheduling, and coordinating meetings.
- Prioritise and coordinate meetings, ensuring optimisation.
- Support the founder in all aspects
Task and Project Management :
Assisting in organising and prioritising tasks and projects.Ensure timely completion of assignments and follow-up on action items.Communication :
Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.Draft, proofread, and edit emails, reports, and other written communications.Documentation and Reporting :
Prepare agendas, documents, and materials for meetings.Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external use.Research :
Assist the fundraising team for investor research and cold reachouts.Requirements :
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in calendar management and scheduling tools.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and take initiative.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.Proven experience in a Founder’s Office Role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.Education and Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the venture capital or startup ecosystem.
