Job description

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field is typically required.
  • Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is a plus but not mandatory.

Experience : 5+ years

Certification :

  • Certifications in SAP Commerce Cloud, Angular, or frontend technologies (e.g., Google Developer Certificate, SAP Spartacus training) are highly desirable and demonstrate technical proficiency. ( Added advantage )

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of frontend development experience.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience with SAP Spartacus.
  • Strong proficiency in Angular (v8+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Experience integrating with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) via OCC APIs.
  • Knowledge of state management libraries (e.g., NgRx) and RxJS.
  • Familiarity with Headless CMS and Progressive Web Apps (PWAs).
  • Deep understanding of responsive design, web accessibility, and

    • performance optimization.

  • Strong understanding of version control tools like Git.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working in Agile teams

  • Develop and maintain e-commerce storefronts using SAP Spartacus and

    • Angular.

  • Collaborate with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) backend teams using OCC

    • REST APIs for integration.

  • Architect and implement reusable, modular, and scalable frontend

    • components.

  • Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser

    • compatibility.

  • Lead code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior

    • developers.

  • Implement accessibility and responsive design principles for optimal UX

    • across devices.

  • Work with Agile / Scrum methodologies to deliver project milestones on time.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in development and production

    • environments.

  • Stay updated on emerging frontend technologies and SAP Spartacus

    • updates.

  • Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to maintain CI / CD pipelines.
