Key Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various corporate and internal positions.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, expectations, and team culture.
- Create sourcing strategies tailored to each role to build a strong talent pipeline.
Job Posting & Branding
Draft, refine, and publish job descriptions across job portals, social media channels, and internal platforms.Support employer branding initiatives by ensuring job postings are appealing and aligned with company messaging.Sourcing & Screening
Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job boards, networking, and employee referrals.Evaluate resumes, shortlist potential candidates, and conduct initial HR assessment calls.Pre-screen candidates for cultural fit, communication skills, and role alignment.Interview Coordination
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and functional / technical panels.Ensure timely communication between candidates and internal stakeholders.Provide interview feedback and maintain a smooth interview experience for all parties.Offer Management & Candidate Experience
Manage end-to-end offer negotiation, salary discussions, and offer rollouts.Maintain strong candidate relations from sourcing through onboarding.Ensure every candidate experiences a positive and professional recruitment journey.Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment MIS, candidate trackers, and hiring dashboards.Ensure all activities are updated in the ATS (Zoho, iSmartRecruit, or equivalent).Provide weekly / monthly hiring analytics and updates to management.Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate or in-house talent acquisition.Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and referral networks.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.Experience using ATS tools such as Zoho Recruit, iSmartRecruit, or similar platforms.Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously and deliver within tight timelines.Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, market trends, and talent mapping.High level of professionalism, ownership, and proactiveness.What We Offer
