Salesforce Developer

THIS IS A 2+ MONTH CONTRACT POSITION (WITH POSSIBLE EXTENSION) WITH ONE OF THE LARGEST, GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY LEADERS.

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer who can independently drive end-to-end development using LWC, Aura, and Visualforce. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce configuration, development best practices, and Git-based version control.

The developer will work across the full software development lifecycle—requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, debugging, and deployment. The role involves preparing technical specifications, analyzing code issues, and collaborating with users to refine and validate solutions. The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years of Salesforce development experience and can contribute as a technical expert with minimal supervision.

Primary Skills :

LWC, Aura, Salesforce Development, Visualforce

Secondary Skills :

Git, SQL / PLSQL (preferred)

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, test, and maintain Salesforce components (LWC, Aura, Visualforce).

Execute Salesforce configuration tasks with accuracy and consistency.

Participate in requirement discussions and translate needs into technical specifications.

Troubleshoot defects, analyze root causes, and implement fixes.

Use Git effectively with proper branching strategies.

Work closely with users to prototype, refine, and validate solutions.

Follow best practices in coding, documentation, and deployment.

Experience Required :

5–7 years Salesforce development

3+ years LWC & Aura

2+ years Visualforce

Strong configuration knowledge (must have)

SQL / PLSQL familiarity is a plus

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
